| How To Incoporate An Offshore Company |

|
The company formation process in most offshore jurisdictions is very straight forward and rather simple compared to company formation in traditional jurisdictions.
Depending on your choice of the jurisdiction the company can be formed with only one shareholder and one director which can be the same person or company. You will have to provide a certified copy of the shareholder(s) and director(s) passport(s) and a proof of residence. The company formation process in most offshore jurisdictions takes only a few business days to be completed. Once the company has been formed all original documents will be forwarded to the shareholder(s). With the company being incorporated a bank account can be opened. The bank account does not necessarily have to be in the same jurisdictions as the company. A company incorporated in the British Virgin Islands can maintain a bank account in any any jurisdiction in the world depending on the account opening bank. |
